You will be responsible for delivering instructor-led, hands-on training to employees, helping them transition from legacy ERP systems to the Dynamics 365 solution.
This role will focus on educating employees about the system's functionalities, including transaction handling, stock management, and reporting, as well as its scalability, mobility, and cloud-based features.Additionally, you will assist in implementing minor system updates and work with external consultants to resolve more complex technical issues.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with staff to troubleshoot system-related issues during training and providing clear, easy-to-follow instructions for system use.
