As an In-House CRA at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the site management team, contributing to the smooth operation of clinical trials and the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.What you will be doing:Assisting with the coordination of site management activities, including scheduling site visits, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining study documentation.Supporting the development and maintenance of site management plans, ensuring alignment with study protocols and regulatory requirements.Managing site-related communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.Facilitating the distribution and tracking of study-related materials to investigative sites, ensuring compliance with study timelines and requirements.Providing administrative support to site management team members, including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.Your profile:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical research setting.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.What ICON can offer you:Various annual leave entitlements.A range of health insurance offerings to suit you and your family's needs.Competitive retirement planning offerings to maximize savings and plan with confidence for the years ahead.Global Employee Assistance Programme, LifeWorks, offering 24-hour access to a global network of over 80,000 independent specialized professionals who are there to support you and your family's well-being.Life assurance.Flexible country-specific optional benefits, including childcare vouchers, bike purchase schemes, discounted gym memberships, subsidized travel passes, health assessments, among others.At ICON, diversity, inclusion & belonging are fundamental to our culture and values.
