Join a Leading Global Critical Minerals Company: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer with 3 to 6 years PAE to contribute to the continued success of an expanding team with a portfolio of assets across different commodities and jurisdictions, and an exciting critical minerals strategy.This role will see you working closely with the Chief Legal Officer and Group Legal Manager (both ex-Top Tier), where you will provide support and advice to internal stakeholders both locally and internationally. The focus of the role is to identify and minimise legal risks whilst maximising legal rights. With development activities for a large-scale project ongoing, you will also be advising on (or assisting with) a range of development-related contracts covering construction, mining, employment and property.We welcome applications from candidates who have gained 3 to 6 years PAE in a Top Tier law firm (candidates slightly under or over this PAE level will also be considered). The ideal candidate will have a solid contractual background with experience gained in either Construction, Mining, M&A or Corporate / Commercial. A superior academic record is essential.This is truly an exceptional opportunity in the Perth market.
