About the RoleYou will be able to establish a new Commercial Lending Division of this innovative practice, reporting to the founding Director. Develop new lines of work from existing blue-chip clients and new clients, whilst expanding the practice through your own industry networks and marketing activities.
Act on a variety of property and commercial-related areas including, but not limited to:
Share sale/purchaseSale and purchase of businessesDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating retail and commercial leases and licencesFranchisingCorporate business structures (partnerships, trusts, incorporations)Corporate advisory, governance, and complianceContract drafting and due diligenceGeneral corporate and commercial agreements and advicePrivacy, terms of trade, and procurementCommercial and residential conveyancingComplex property mattersSubdivisions and building developmentsBenefitsJoining an organically grown company; working closely with the Head of Mortgage Operations; bespoke complexity of deals; values of empathy and humility; product diversity; continuous improvement in service and customer experience; service levels are consistent, high quality, and solicitor-certified; parking on-site available; end-to-end service capability in each Eastern State capital; develop your own team; profit share.
