We have recently implemented LEAP software to enhance our efficiency and client management. To support our team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced In-House Bookkeeper to join us.
Key Responsibilities: Managing receipts and invoices using LEAP software. Opening and maintaining client matters in LEAP. Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Supporting the team with bookkeeping tasks as required. Assisting with compliance and reporting obligations. About You: Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Familiarity with LEAP software is essential. Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
