About the role The Improvement Project Officer position is responsible for managing and coordinating the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) funded Hospital Acquired Complication (HACs) - Harm Prevention pilot project at Barwon. The role includes scoping, developing the project plan, engaging and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, understanding the targeted HACs, and facilitating the required quality improvement activities to reduce the targeted HACs in the required timeframe.
