Improvement Lead - Data Insights & Analytics

Candidates must be Melbourne based - Interviews ASAP 6-12 months Contract with likely extensions Must have telecommunications industry experience Work as an Improvement Lead - Data Insights & Analytics with a leading Consulting firm on one of their established Melbourne based projects.
Responsibilities and Skills required include: Use structured methodologies/processes i.e. Six Sigma (Green Belt/ Black Belt) to identify and implement improvement initiatives. Establish project plans, monitor progress, and coordinate team activities. Identify areas for improvement, analyse processes and workflows. Experience in identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery. Experience in problem solving, familiarity with data-driven decision-making. Have the ability to analyse project data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations. Lead and manage teams through, address resistance to change. Establish key metrics to track improvement initiatives, monitor progress and adjust strategies. Coordinating and engaging with stakeholders from various departments or teams. Must have prior experience working with Telco operations. Familiarity with Telecommunications industry processes, infrastructure, and stakeholders would be valuable.
