Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Shipments: Partner with our Imports Supervisor to ensure timely pickup of freight from CTOs and maintain clear communication with airlines for flight and freight details.
Data Management: Capture and manage consolidation information, send pre-alerts and document availabilities, and ensure accurate billing within 24 hours of shipment arrival.
Quality Control: Oversee the check-in process, ensuring all freight is processed efficiently and accurately.
Report any damage or surplus cargo immediately.
Customer Support: Provide top-notch service at the delivery counter and handle all customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and speed.
Continuous Improvement: Strive for process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
Participate in regular meetings and contribute to team goals.

Flexible Schedule: You're available to work on weekends, overtime, and public holidays as needed.
