We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Import Specialist to manage our inbound shipments with precision and care.
If you thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy working with data, and excel in a collaborative team setting, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:Coordinate Shipments: Partner with our Imports Supervisor to ensure timely pickup of freight from CTOs and maintain clear communication with airlines for flight and freight details.Data Management: Capture and manage consolidation information, send pre-alerts and document availabilities, and ensure accurate billing within 24 hours of shipment arrival.Quality Control: Oversee the check-in process, ensuring all freight is processed efficiently and accurately.
Report any damage or surplus cargo immediately.Customer Support: Provide top-notch service at the delivery counter and handle all customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and speed.Continuous Improvement: Strive for process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
