You'll be diving into new client, including Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), implementations across all ManpowerGroup Australia brands, coordinating the details to ensure every client gets a smooth, seamless experience.
Client Onboarding and Implementation Work closely with account managers to gather everything needed for a successful client setup, making sure onboarding is efficient and complete.
Coordinate credit checks with the finance team and help set up new clients Upload and track client contracts for legal review and approval, ensuring TOBs are documented.
Collaborate with the Reporting and Insights team to develop rate calculators tailored to client agreements.
Work alongside consultants to set up vendor management system (VMS) access, ensuring clients have the tools they need.
Client Records and Compliance Keep Bullhorn records accurate and up to date, reflecting all client terms, agreements, and compliance standards.
Make updates to client terms as needed, ensuring consistency across systems.
Serve as the go-to person for managing VMS access, making adjustments as client needs evolve.
Project Coordination Develop and oversee implementation plans tailored to each client, working with stakeholders to meet their specific requirements.
Lead documentation efforts for each implementation, capturing the process and providing easy reference for teams.
Conduct training for internal teams, making sure everyone involved is fully briefed on client processes and requirements.
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the main point of contact across departments, from account managers to credit, legal, reporting, and beyond, to ensure everything stays on track.
Keep communication flowing, checking in regularly with teams to support seamless implementation and ongoing compliance.
Your Background In order to be considered for this amazing opportunity you should have: Currently living in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne Solid background in project coordination or implementation, especially in recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
Comfortable with systems like Bullhorn, FastTrack, and VMS platforms, and experienced with Contract Eagle or similar tools.
Strong communicator with a knack for managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing effectively.
Organized and detail-focused, making sure records stay accurate and projects run smoothly.
Experience in RPO, MSP, or similar talent solutions is a plus.
You're able to work independently, stay on top of details, and keep things moving without needing constant oversight.
You naturally collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth processes and alignment.
You've got a sharp eye for accuracy and a proactive approach to keep things on track.
You're comfortable leading training and guiding others, making sure everyone's clear on processes and client expectations.
