Summary Our client, a leading Defence consultancy, is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to manage and drive the delivery of all work packages and key outcomes related to large-scale transformation within Defence.
This role is essential in ensuring successful program execution, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination to align with strategic goals.
About the Position As the Implementation Team Lead, you will oversee the program execution and ensure that all work packages related to the transformation are delivered on time and within scope.
You will manage a diverse team, coordinating cross-functional activities to meet strategic objectives.
You'll also be responsible for resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
An additional requirement will be your effectiveness to train and guide those around you, upskilling to ensure they are effective contributors to this project.
About You You are an experienced program management professional with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams in large-scale digital transformations.
Your expertise includes delivering complex programs on time and within budget, preferably within Defence or similar Government environments.
You possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Your proficiency in program planning, scheduling, and execution makes you a key player in driving transformation projects.
