As a results-driven professional, the experienced Implementation Manager will play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and stakeholder management of business roll-outs into multipe markets world-wide.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully implementing global solutions whilst collaborating with technical and non-techical teamsStrong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to drive results and achieve business objectives on a global scale.Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Develop, maintain and drive comprehensive implementation and project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Collaborate with stakeholders & cross-functional teams to define goals, timelines, resource requirements for successful implementation.Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.Develop, maintain and refine a new markets playbook that allows the end to end feasibility assessment to inception and delivery of a new market.Selection Criteria and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)7+ years proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role, demonstrating successful project execution and stakeholder managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExceptional teamwork and collaboration skillsExperience in transport & logistics and SaaS is a plusStrong analytical, market analysis & collaboration skillsAbility to identify, analyse and solve business and operational problemsStrong presentation and representation skillsPlanning, program management & delivery skillsBefore you apply:From time to time, WiseTech Global may use external service providers to assist us with assessing applications, including background checks, on our behalf.
