About The RoleThe Implementation Manager has overall responsibility for the end-to-end management of the TrakCare Edition implementation process and is key in ensuring the TrakCare EHR Project meets agreed go-live timelines, and ultimately enables realisation of benefits as identified in the project's business case. The Implementation Manager role involves the coordination of activities between cross-functional project teams, actively managing and monitoring implementation readiness with external sites/stakeholders, and mitigation of risks to ensure the successful implementation of the upgrade and extension of SWARH's core Electronic Health Record application. Working closely with the project's change management, learning & development, technical, and project management functions, the individual will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear implementation strategy/roadmap, execution plan, and provide guidance to successfully align the health services and prepare them for the implementation of new system functionalities.
The role is based in Warrnambool, Victoria, and some intrastate travel to health services within the SWARH jurisdiction will be required.
