Implementation Consultant - Payroll

Role Title: ADP Lyric HCM Implementation Consultant We are looking for a payroll professional to join our talented and dedicated team implementing ADP's Next Generation payroll solution .
Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Consulting with clients to define their requirements. Managing full implementation lifecycle. Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential risks. Conduct post-implementation reviews and share learnings for continuous improvement. This role is based in our Mulgrave Head Office. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have: Strong Australian payroll knowledge and experience. Demonstrated experience within an Implementation environment (preferred). Strong stakeholder management and customer service/client-facing consulting experience within an Implementation/Service Delivery environment.
