The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounts payable processes, financial systems, and software implementation.
As a Software Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' needs, providing expert guidance on our expense and accounts payable management software, and ensuring successful implementation and integration of our platform.Role ResponsibilitiesClient ConsultationConduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their expense and accounts payable processes, challenges, and goals.Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend best practice solutions.Implementation SupportGuide clients through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to the new software.Provide training sessions for end-users to maximise adoption and proficiency.Software DemonstrationClearly articulate how the solution addresses client pain points and improves efficiency.Solution DesignDevelop comprehensive solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to enhance software features based on client feedback.Customisation and IntegrationWork closely with clients to configure the software to align with their business processes.Collaborate with the team to facilitate seamless integration with existing systems.DocumentationCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for client-specific configurations and implementations.Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to internal and external stakeholders.Client Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact during the implementation process and a short period after the implementation.Gather feedback and insights to inform continuous improvement of our software solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on accounts payable processes and software solutions.Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP, and accounts payable automation.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.Experience with project management and software implementation methodologies.Preferred SkillsCertification in relevant software solutions.Familiarity with industry best practices in accounts payable management.Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to financial processes.
