The Role We're looking for an Implementation Consultant who is excited to play a pivotal role. You'll be at the heart of our implementation efforts, expertly managing projects, and becoming a trusted advisor to our clients. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution: Lead project planning and execution, collaborating across teams to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.Client Onboarding & Engagement: Guide clients through onboarding, taking charge of initial configurations, delivering product demos, and providing essential training for a smooth transition.Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Dive into clients' unique needs and challenges, defining project objectives, documenting requirements, and shaping clear, actionable plans.Solution Configuration & Customisation: Customise products configurations to align precisely with client goals, optimising for maximum impact and ease of use.Testing & Quality Assurance: Take ownership of rigorous testing processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring solutions are flawless and ready for client launch.Client Communication & Support: Serve as a dependable, proactive point of contact, offering regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing any challenges confidently.Post-Implementation Support & Training: Provide valuable post-deployment support and hands-on training, empowering clients to fully leverage their new solution.Continuous Improvement & Process Optimisation: Identify ways to improve both client workflows and our own implementation processes, bringing innovative ideas that enhance efficiency.Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience: 2-4 years in a client-facing implementation, consulting, or project management role, ideally with a technical background.Technical Skills: High skill level with relevant software, CRM, or project management tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and a knack for developing effective solutions that truly meet client needs.Communication & Relationship-Building: Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to demystify technical information for clients and build positive, lasting relationships.Project Management Acumen: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, coordinate seamlessly across teams, and deliver on time in a fast-paced setting.Why Join Jiffi?
