HUB OS is an integrated hotel operations SaaS platform that has a global portfolio of clients. As we expand our client-base into Australasia, we are looking to appoint an experienced Hospitality professional to assume key roles in the implementation space as we onboard an increasing number of hotels.
THE ROLE In this role, you will champion configuring, implementing, training, and supporting HUB OS to new clients. The role will be hands-on, including face-to-face, phone, and email interactions to ensure the system is delivered within agreed timeframes, configured to meet the customers' needs, and that the client is adequately readied for go-live. You will continually support clients to ultimately return operational efficiencies and savings, delivering the best possible experience, service, and solution to our customers.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Work closely with new clients to gather the information necessary to build the hotels' live environment and optimal configuration best suited to their operational requirements.Configure and calibrate the software solution to reflect their hotel and operational workflows.Train and ready new clients, delivering the implementation to a pre-agreed plan and timeline, supporting them across UAT and testing cycles.Communicate and engage with clients throughout the implementation process, and after go-live, to deliver optimal operational efficiencies.Guide and advise new clients about adapting any operational processes to suit the new solution.Work with the wider HUB development team to communicate any requested customization and new feature requirements.Create and utilize specialized knowledge materials, such as documentation and videos, for each client to enable clients to train new staff internally.YOUR BACKGROUND Experience in hotels and hospitality with a network of existing contacts.Back-end experience in software applications is preferable.Experience in software implementations and business-critical support.Knowledge of system infrastructure, interfaces, and APIs.Ability to effectively engage and deliver training on IT software.Experience in CRM and ticket-management software.Competent and comfortable in the IT space, especially smartphone applications, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions, but no formal qualifications are required.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems (is a bonus).This role is remote, where you will work from home as well as travel to clients to implement HUB OS in hotels across Australia. All travel expenses (flights, accommodation, and food) will be paid for. The role will initially be casual (daily rate) and part-time, working on projects as they arise and may become full-time permanent over time.
