to join the team in Melbourne. We are looking for people to join the team who are passionate about making a positive change in healthcare. Ideally, you will have some knowledge or experience of workforce management products or systems, either from the implementation side or possibly from a user side. Training will be provided to enable you to become an expert in your field. What You Will Do:
The Implementation Consultant is part of a team of professional services consultants and project managers responsible for the successful implementation of a suite of workforce management and Risk and Compliance applications, working closely with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the successful implementation of the suite of products. Manage the change journey alongside the customer. Accurately gather requirements relating to the setup and configuration of the required products. Configure the products in line with best practices and methodology. Deliver presentations and demonstrations as required. Report on the progress of implementation projects to the Consulting Manager, maintaining and updating project reporting documentation. Plan and manage user-level requirements workshops – capturing business needs and documenting them in a suitable format to reflect the Implementation Objectives. Provide input to project governance.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience Desirable:
Experience within the health sector (Acute or Aged Care). Experience as an implementation consultant in workforce management. A technology background is desirable with experience gained in implementing and integrating software either in a client or vendor role. Experience as a rostering practitioner, preferably in a health (Acute or Aged Care) environment. Experience in participating in requirements gathering workshops (planning, leading, and meeting documentation). Experience in delivering product training, both one-to-one and in small groups. Experience in writing user requirements and specifications for development.
