Applications Consultants are an integral part of our software solutions. With us, you'll utilize your ERP application and interpersonal skills to help our customers develop the knowledge and confidence to use our products to conduct their day-to-day operations. You can have a direct and positive impact on the Return on Investment (ROI) customers receive from their ERP system.As an Implementation Consultant, you will work on a project team to configure our ERP applications, develop operating procedures, and train customer implementation teams to meet specific business goals and customer needs. In this role, you'll bring accounting knowledge and a wealth of experience across finance domains, including chart of accounts design, banking processes, and other areas of compliance needs. You will provide implementation consultation, project management, and support services to our customers. Previous experience with the Macola or MAX ERP applications is a plus.Review current business processes and align with best practices and requirements to integrate them into a seamless ERP implementation.Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and challenges.Diverse business process understanding including finance, manufacturing supply chain, warehouse/inventory management, and sales.Assist in the development and documentation of best practice recommendations for common ERP business processes across multiple manufacturing environments.Communicate effectively and build consensus with clients.Train customer implementation teams on core body of knowledge concepts and principles and on the operation of our ERP applications.Assist in change management initiatives to assist clients with a smooth transition to the new system.Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the implementation runs smoothly, addressing any issues or concerns.Travel to customer locations to deliver consulting services approximately 50% of the time.Learn new product offerings and functionality as software updates are available.Monitor and report status of implementations, maintaining clear communication with customer and internal teams.Work independently with a high sense of urgency.Be accessible and available to multiple customers.Identify and manage potential issues and escalations in coordination with the Team Lead or Project Manager.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong ERP product knowledge, ERP experience preferred.Understand common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.Minimum of 2 years' experience in support or implementation role.Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to users with varying levels of technical expertise via telephone and in-person.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, delivers high-quality work, self-motivated and an internal desire to succeed.Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills targeted to effectively present information to all customer role levels.Education & Work ExperienceRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Consulting experience preferred.Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.Excellent client interaction skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to travel between 40% - 50%.#LI-REMOTE#LI-SC1In addition to our competitive salary and award-winning culture, we offer an excellent benefit package.
