About the Role As an Implementation Consultant, you will be working on Affinity implementation projects and collaborating with the product community. Resolving issues and providing end-user training as part of your responsibilities.   Responsibilities Providing Application Consulting Services to Customers during the implementation of Practice Management solutions Installing and configuring the solution to align with client's requirements Adhering to the standard implementation methodology and approach in all phases of the project Delivering End-User training both remotely and on-site as required Identifying opportunities for revenue by increasing utilization of LexisNexis solutions at customer sites Improving product and service solutions by providing expertise in pre-sales and internal forums Assisting with product definition and documentation as well as Quality Assurance and testing when required Collaborating with the team to adopt and adapt process improvements identified. Requirements Have extensive experience in Legal/Accounting software market and Legal Office environment. Experience having formal training to analyze financial and business processes in law firms. Demonstrable experience in Book Keeping Standards and or in Trust Accounting; Intermediate (or above) level of expertise in MSOffice applications, specifically Word and Excel Demonstrable analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage demands of working on multiple projects simultaneously Crystal Reports writing an advantage Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
