Principle Accountabilities Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products, based on historical sales data, market trends, customer orders, and seasonality. Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret data trends to identify opportunities for improving inventory management and sales planning. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives and customer requirements. Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and stockouts. Report Generation: Prepare and present regular reports on demand trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory performance to management. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for demand planning processes and tools, aiming for increased efficiency and accuracy. System Management: Utilize demand planning software and ERP systems to support demand forecasting, replenishment, and analysis. Skills and Experience Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management. Skills: Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
