We currently have a permanent, full time opportunity for an Impact Lending Support Consultant to join our Impact Lending Team. This position can be located in Bendigo, West End, Chatswood, Collingwood, Moe Office, or our Traralgon Office.
This role will report to the Senior Manager - Impact Lending Support and is a key member of the Bank's Deal Teams, which are comprised of Relationship Managers, Impact Lending Execution Associates, and Impact Lending Support Consultants to assess, execute, and monitor transactions.
The Impact Lending Support Consultant responsibilities include:
On-boarding new customersManaging AML/KYC and other compliance requirementsConducting necessary searches, arranging valuations & other checksManaging drawdowns and settlementsProviding any other support required by the Deal Team membersThe role plays an important part in providing an exemplary customer experience and promoting a strong culture of compliance. The role will also support the delivery of the impact lending strategy across Bank Australia's target sectors including affordable and accessible housing, climate transition, First Nations self-determination, Nature and Biodiversity, and other purpose-driven businesses.
What you will be doing Work with the Deal Team to complete the on-boarding process for new customers, including managing AML/KYC and other compliance requirementsSupport the Execution team's assessment process including searches and arranging valuationsManage drawdowns and settlements and provide support as requiredManage the ongoing lending/banking requirements of customers by responding to day-to-day customer transitional banking needsComplete customer communications relating to loan drawdowns, rollovers/reviews, and transactional mattersAssist Deal Team members to establish and maintain rollover facilities within systems (CBS, Symtrix, and CRM systems)In conjunction with the Senior Manager – Impact Lending Support, actively seek process improvement contributing to better customer service and operational efficiency and contribute to team projectsWhat you will bring Knowledge and understanding of AML/CTF, KYC legislationStrong knowledge of Symtrix, CBS, and CRMProven ability in implementing policies, procedures, and standards of operationAbility to investigate and follow up queriesFlexibility, adaptability, resilience, and a "can do" attitudeExperience in working independently as well as part of a teamProven experience in delivering an exceptional customer experienceAbility to time-manage, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsCommitment to Bank Australia's purpose, aspiration, values, and brand as well as the B Corp ethosBy submitting an application you agree to Bank Australia's Privacy Policy for applicants and confirm that you are legally able to work in Australia.
