This position is a full-time, fixed term contract until June 30, 2025 and leads a team based across Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Kingaroy.

Develop life skills and build confidence Connect with others through shared experiences Access tools and resources to support mental health recovery Navigate challenges We are looking for a Team Leader who can:
Provide direction, guidance, coaching and training to staff Lead internal meetings and represent IMPACT with professionalism at external events/functions Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, legislation and policies Monitor, mentor and assist the team to achieve contractual Key Performance Indicators Compile internal and external reporting Complete Performance Development Reviews with staff and process payroll activities such as timesheets This is a great opportunity if you ...
Have a Certificate IV in Mental Health, Peer Work or similar, or are currently enrolled in study Demonstrated experience in leading teams High level written and oral communication skills Ability to exercise tact, courtesy and judgement whilst maintaining confidentiality Have a track record as a team player and commitment to great customer service Why IMPACT?
