About the roles We are looking for experienced immigration professionals with strong knowledge of Australian immigration law.
Associate 2-3 PQE Legal Knowledge & Skills: Must have recent and relevant experience in at least 3 of the following migration matters:Family SponsoredSkilled MigrationEmployment SponsoredBusiness & InvestmentHumanitarianCitizenship with good character / Ministerial discretion concernsExperience in Judicial Review preferred but not a prerequisiteMust have experience in Merits ReviewIdeally have experience in handling various complex migration matters, such as but not limited to:Visa cancellationsSchedule 4 Public Interest Criteria waiversSchedule 3 and its waiversSenior Associate 4-6 PQE Legal Knowledge & Skills: Must have recent and relevant experience in at least 5 of the following migration matters:Family SponsoredSkilled MigrationEmployment SponsoredBusiness & InvestmentHumanitarianCitizenshipMust have experience in Judicial Reviews and Merits ReviewsConfident in handling various complex migration matters, such as but not limited to:Visa cancellationsSchedule 4 Public Interest Criteria waiversSchedule 3 and its waiversWe take a genuine interest in the personal and professional career development of all our employees.
