Our immigration service team in our Sydney CBD law firm is currently seeking an Immigration Lawyer or Assistant with 1-2 years' experience.
Supporting our corporate services team, you will have experience working with highly talented, skilled, corporate visas.
Working from home available.
Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements Demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial awareness.Excellent client consultation skills and advice on general visas and AAT matters.Manage a heavy caseload effectively while multitasking.Thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously take on new matters.Demonstrate sophistication and confidence in leading case directions.Perform all required legal and migration work, including AAT appearances and visa application lodgements, with competence and skill.Your profile should Be skilled in preparing migration cases, have good time management, and a strong work ethic.Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.Be technologically proficient and comfortable using various software systems.What are we offering Base salary plus commissions $60k-$80k pa.Quick development and growth within the firm.Excellent rewards and incentives for solicitors in charge of cases. #J-18808-Ljbffr
