Providing expert legal advice on immigration matters, with a focus on Partner and Protection Visas Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration law Prepare and submit visa applications and legal documentation Represent clients in hearings and appeals, advocating for their rights and interests Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and support Leading and mentoring junior lawyers and staff Collaborating with our Melbourne and Sydney teams to deliver outstanding service Qualifications & Experience:
A valid practicing certificate (NSW or VIC). Schedule: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
