We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Lawyer with 2-5 years of post-admission immigration law experience to join us.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Lawyer.
The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal assistance and representation to clients seeking to migrate to Australia, both with primary applications and appeals.
Responsibilities:Sound knowledge of Australian immigration law, visa categories, and programsProvide strategic immigration law advice and manage high-profile or complex casesExperience in preparing and submitting visa applicationsExperience in Merits ReviewExcellent research and analytical skillsAbility to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectivelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsYou will be working closely with the Principal and in leading your own complex casesGenerous salary and flexibility offered to the right candidate.About Company:Beyond Horizons Lawyers is an Immigration Law firm located in Cairns, QLD.
