We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Lawyer with 2-5 years of post-admission immigration law experience to join us.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Lawyer. The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal assistance and representation to clients seeking to migrate to Australia, both with primary applications and appeals.
Responsibilities: Sound knowledge of Australian immigration law, visa categories, and programs Provide strategic immigration law advice and manage high-profile or complex cases Experience in preparing and submitting visa applications Experience in Merits Review Excellent research and analytical skills Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills You will be working closely with the Principal and in leading your own complex cases Generous salary and flexibility offered to the right candidate.
