(95% corporates, 5% individuals) focusing on visa classes 482,191,400,186,408 & 494 -providing
full-spectrum advice
including: visa options, eligibility,application merits, drafting submissions/labour agreements/letters of advice, preparing and lodging visa applications & liaising with immigration authorities/skills assessment bodies, responding to refusals, judicial reviews/appeals & attending court/AAT.Mentoring/Supervising
