It is looking for new qualified profiles to pursue a demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:Scope and PurposeSupport the Relationship Managers in achieving profitability, commercial, and risk goals for customers.Assist in targeted customer visits to achieve defined commercial goals.Help draft commercial pitches and credit applications, as well as in opening account-related activities.Perform administrative and monitoring activities related to customer management.Proactively liaise with customers to manage and resolve problems and requests.Ensure quality of work and compliance with deadlines, intervening in urgent transactions as necessary.Guarantee proper customer management in compliance with the Bank's provisions and operating processes.Assist in assessing management trends and economic performance of customers, activating necessary corrective actions.Liaise with the Branch's other Departments and the Group's structures for related banking activities, particularly in preparing credit proposals.Perform management reporting and marketing research responsibilities as directed by management.Required Experience3 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking with good knowledge of commercial/corporate banking products.Hands-on experience with KYC, anti-money laundering, and counter financing of terrorism for corporate clients.Required Qualifications, Skills and KnowledgeUniversity degree and/or post-graduate degree in economics/finance or similar qualification.Knowledge and experience in business analysis, including cash flows & projections and sensitivity analysis.Advanced analytical ability for financial statement and market analysis.Understanding of credit risk analysis and preparation of credit papers.Deep knowledge of a full range of credit products and procedures.Resourceful self-starter with a willingness to learn, superior attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple activities.Teamwork attitude with the ability to build healthy working relationships in a culturally diverse environment.Ability to engage with professionals from different product and relationship teams.Everyone is an asset for our Group, and that person could be you!
