Publication Configuration Management: Establishing and maintaining configuration management processes for publications to ensure version control, accuracy, and compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory standards. This includes managing changes, updates, and revisions to publications throughout their lifecycle.
Performance Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of publications and training programs to assess their effectiveness in meeting operational requirements and achieving desired learning outcomes. This may involve collecting feedback, conducting assessments, and implementing improvements based on lessons learned and best practices.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, end-users, training providers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment between publications, training programs, and operational needs. This may involve participating in meetings, workshops, and reviews to address feedback and resolve issues proactively.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and contractual obligations governing publications and training activities. This includes conducting quality assurance checks, audits, and reviews to uphold standards of accuracy, completeness, and usability in technical documentation and training materials.
