We are currently seeking a diligent and dedicated Flood Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview: As a Flood Technician, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to restore properties affected by water damage. You will play a critical role in assessing, mitigating, and repairing damage caused by floods and other water-related incidents. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will utilize specialized equipment and techniques to restore homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments of water damage and develop restoration plans. Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using industry-standard equipment. Remove and dispose of damaged materials as necessary. Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold and microbial growth. Monitor and document progress throughout the restoration process. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly. Qualifications:

Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC certification preferred). Previous experience in flood restoration, mitigation, or related field is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of water damage restoration techniques and principles. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
