Igt | Field Service Technician

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our Service team in the Albury area, providing service and technical support to clients in and around the region. We are open to all levels of experience, and ideally, the candidate will have the ability to travel distances as required to service customers throughout the region.
Responsibilities: Service and maintenance of all gaming equipment located within clubs and pubs Preventative maintenance and installation of gaming machines and other related equipment Assisting the sales force in product promotion and performance Attendant training and customer liaison Requirements: A gaming technician's licence for all jurisdictions covered in the service region Field, electrical, or electronics service or maintenance experience Current Driver's Licence Gaming industry experience Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised Ability to undertake physical demands required of the role Possess excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Available to work on call and weekends Comfortable working in a club environment Seniority level Mid-Senior level
