Case workers provide in-home support, parenting education, and family life skills to support families to achieve their optimum level of functioning.
CatholicCare Integrated Family Support Services aim to support sustainable and safe environments for children within their family home, resulting in family preservation and reducing further contact with Child Safety services and the ARL.As an IFSS Case Worker, you will…Provide outreach support to families in the Launceston area, inclusive of home visitation, community facilities, and external providers (medical appointments, education venues, etc.
