Job Responsibilities About the Role:
The Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the People & Culture department by ensuring efficient HR operations and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, scheduling meetings, assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes, communicating with candidates, and undertaking additional tasks as assigned. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Job Responsibilities: Proper documentation as per the department needs. Provide administrative assistance to the People & Culture department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Aid the team in maintaining HR operations efficiently by supporting tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, collecting ID card information and employee record management. Conduct communication with candidates for job interviews, including scheduling and confirming interview appointments. Any other task assigned by the supervisor for departmental need. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Job Nature: Internship
