About the Role
Join one of QLD Government's Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in delivering secure, reliable network access for our department's network, supporting staff, users, and community members. As an IAM Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing the enterprise IAM solution, enabling seamless and secure user experiences across our ICT environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the department's enterprise IAM solution, ensuring security and accessibility for users. Support the integration of IAM with departmental core applications, contributing to a consistent ICT experience. Transition specialized knowledge to the IAM team for ongoing operational support. Participate in the design of identity architecture patterns and IAM processes. Ensure compliance with change management processes and manage issues through ITSM ticketing systems. Requirements
Extensive experience with IAM and identity solutions, including PING identity solutions such as PING Access. Proficiency with authentication and authorisation protocols (SAML, WSFED, OAUTH, OIDC). Experience in application Federation and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configuration. Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID solutions and Azure DevOps for testing, issue management, and bug tracking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
