Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Engineer to implement, support, and maintain our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring security and operational efficiency.
You will also identify and address cybersecurity threats that could impact service integrity.
With expertise in identity controls, you will help configure security measures across various platforms to support ongoing business operations.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to delivering a secure enterprise and providing advisory support in managing cybersecurity challenges.
Responsibilities: Support the global operation of the Identity Management function.
Collaborate with leadership and external partners to turn strategy into actionable projects.
Provide expert guidance on infrastructure programs, ensuring robust and secure technology.
Lead root cause analysis for issues, ensuring lasting solutions.
Offer technical assistance to resolve incidents in a timely manner.
Mentor junior team members.
Contribute to CISO and ITS initiatives, offering subject matter expertise.
Qualifications: Experience with IAM technologies and directory services (e.g., NetIQ, MS Active Directory, Azure AD).
Strong background in Access Management, especially with Microsoft Azure and NetIQ Access Manager.
Ability to define access models for different user personas (e.g., B2B, B2C).
Experience automating provisioning for SaaS, Azure, and on-premise applications, as well as access reviews.
Hands-on skills and leadership in sharing knowledge with the team.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Expertise in solution design, engineering, and configuration.
5+ years of experience in identity, credential, and access management.
Knowledge of advanced security technologies such as SSO, RBAC, PKI, and cloud hosting.
Proficiency in scripting (Java, VB, PowerShell, Perl) and Identity Management APIs.
