We have a newly created role on offer to join a new team as an IAM Engineering & Operations Lead at Latitude. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all identities have appropriate access to our systems and data. This role will be key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations for all things IAM.
In this role, you'll: Develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies and procedures as they relate to operations of the IAM function, including the development of IAM standard operating procedures and checklists.Lead initiatives to improve IAM practices to enhance automation and reduce manual intervention, including developing and maintaining a pipeline of systems/applications for integration into our key IAM platforms and designing workflows in Latitude IAM/PAM platform.Lead and develop strategies to proactively monitor IAM systems (Saviynt EIC/CPAM, Entra ID, AD, Crowdstrike Identity, etc.) for operational excellence and continuous improvement.Maintain and deliver on Key IAM Metrics for all levels of the organization and assist the Head of IAM in providing oversight of Latitude's IAM Assurance processes.Extensively lead the IAM operations including request and incident ticket management handling.Establish and deliver agreed IAM Operational SLAs with stakeholders.Lead discussions with regular integrations/planning sessions with the Cyber Program to ensure successful delivery of IAM initiatives.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including enterprise security & technology teams, business security & technology teams, and other business stakeholders to ensure IAM controls align with the latest security and company policies.Act as SME Lead for IAM aspects with responsibility for coaching and mentoring Latitude staff on IAM concepts.Lead audit-related activities including External Audit.Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.Ideally, we're looking for the following: Minimum of 5 years experience in IAM.Experience in designing and developing IAM platforms – IGA/CPAM (Saviynt).Experience in administering and managing IAM platforms (Saviynt).A strong knowledge in AD/Entra ID and AWS.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers.Strong experience with ITIL processes, Service Management, Business Continuity, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of ServiceNow highly regarded.Experience in implementing and maintaining continuous delivery (CD) pipelines, with a strong understanding of CICD practices (advantageous).Understanding of test automation practices covering both end-to-end and unit testing (advantageous).Experience working with Database technologies and query languages such as Powershell (advantageous).Experience in monitoring application environments and alerting (advantageous).Willingness to learn and work in an Agile capacity.Education/professional certification.Tertiary qualifications in computer science or technology-related field, or equivalent work or education experience.Any Cyber Risk industry certifications highly regarded.Sometimes the best candidates don't have 100% of what is listed above, but if you have most and are confident you'd be a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!
