Salary package:$131,524 to $137,807 plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full time, Fixed Term (up to 12 months)
IDEATE (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity in Australian Technology Education) is a national program that brings together a broad set of university and industry partners to collectively tackle the systemic barriers to diversity in Australian technology education and careers. The ANU School of Computing, within the College of Engineering, Computing and Cybernetics (CECC), is hosting and administrating the pilot IDEATE program, commencing in 2025.
About the opportunity This position is a fixed term for a period of 12 months appointment to contribute to coordinating the national IDEATE program. The appointment may be extended after the initial 12-month period, depending on budget availability.
The Director will be responsible for supporting IDEATE's key objectives and activities, working closely with the IDEATE Advisory Board. They will work closely with IDEATE university and industry partners, as well as college and university central teams to support, facilitate, and deliver on IDEATE's mission. The Director will establish and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across the higher education and technology sectors.
