CHL is driven by a collaborative team culture where every member plays a vital role in achieving our mission.The RoleThis is a hands-on ICT service delivery role, critical to the provision of excellent customer service across CHL.Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToProvide personalised support on hardware and software problems.Provide desktop, server and application support within Microsoft AD and Office 365 environments and across many technologies.Support Terminal Services, Citrix and AVD environments hosted in the cloud.Assist with installation and configuration of Servers, Networks and other IT equipment.Work with a highly experienced team to maintain a best practice environment.Participate in an on-call roster approximately 1 week in 4.Provide additional appropriate support to wider team and organisation.This role will require you to be onsite every day to ensure that timely onsite and national support is available.About YouYou will have a good understanding and appreciation of the importance, responsive and efficient asset management for the community.
In addition, to be successful for this role, you will have:Essential CriteriaMinimum 2 years experience in a similar role with a geographically spread organisation.Demonstrated experience with: desktop support, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365 and the wider Microsoft Stack.General knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including printers, video conferencing systems and other IT related equipment.Understanding of ITIL and customer service principles.Experience with JIRA, SCCM & ENTRA ID preferable.Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing.Current Driver's Licence.Satisfactory Police and Working With Children's Check.Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).As an equal opportunity employer, CHL works closely with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
