We believe in creating an inclusive society, and our dedicated team is committed to providing the very best support, guidance, and understanding to our clients.We're seeking an experienced ICT System Engineer to join our team responsible for building, troubleshooting problems and providing excellent support for our clients across a range of services.About the role:In this role you will be responsible for:Understanding and supporting the delivery of CPL's Digital strategy.Collaborating with project teams to design and provision security, network and communications infrastructure in a complex, distributed environment undergoing major transitions.Undertake enhancement and remediation activities across the network and gateway systems.Monitor and support the network and gateway systems.
This includes Data Centre technologies, SSL Gateways, Load Balancers, Firewalls and IPS.Manage and monitor system upgrades, installations, integrations, customisations, configurations and testing new systems and hardware, and help resolve configuration conflicts and errors.Provide mentoring and assistance to other team members.Actively assess/contribute to the continuous improvement of work, standards, processes and methodologies.Be an active member in the change process and contribute to the peer review requirements of this panel.Create and maintain current documentation for all un-documented IT systems or work practices and provide these as training material to the greater IT team.Manage and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Office 365.Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.Implement and manage security measures including data loss prevention (DLP) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).Configure, manage, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.Perform regular network maintenance and updates to ensure system integrity and security.So why would I choose CPL?When you join our team, you can benefit from the following:Flexible Work: At CPL, we believe work should fit seamlessly into your life, not the other way around.
