Southern Cross Care QLD has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Systems Administrator to join our Business Solutions team based at our Support Centre in Upper Mt Gravatt.

Key Responsibilities Will Include: Maintain and configure all network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.Monitor performance and ensure disaster recovery of all network infrastructure.Design, maintain, and support security policies, including Meraki, access policies, Group policies, and ACLs.Manage and support CCTV and Radius systems.Design, support, and maintain telephone services, including PBX and cloud-hosted systems (8x8/Teams).Implement and support email and web security.Manage Azure and integrate with on-premises environments.Maintain and support VMWare infrastructure.Implement backup solutions and ensure disaster recovery.Create and maintain technical documentation according to departmental standards.Assist in managing the deployment, configuration, and security of desktop and mobile computing devices and peripheral devices.Ensure a positive customer support experience, timely resolution, and professional communication.Work collaboratively with the IT team and perform other duties as requested by the Head of ICT or Service Delivery Manager.What will you bring to the role? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or an appropriate tertiary qualification is preferred with industry experience essential.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use and support of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Solutions including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps and Power Automate.Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements and designing SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Power platforms.Outstanding knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies.At least 3 years' experience in an IT Support environment.The ability to learn new technologies and apply them efficiently.Highly developed interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with a range of client groups.Ability to demonstrate good time management in a high-pressure environment.Ability to work effectively unsupervised and within a team environment.Who is Southern Cross Care Queensland?
