Due to ongoing technology uplifts, there is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the team and ensure the reliable and efficient functioning of the ICT infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities:Undertake general administration tasksGather, analyse and report on system performanceTroubleshoot user issues and effectively communicate in both written and verbal correspondenceDevelop and implement support resources and communication artefacts for a broad range of internal and external channelsSupport technology configuration and infrastructure, delivering ICT services and support, data integrity and security, system testing and managing update cyclesMonitor service delivery tool for incoming requests and incidentsResolve user tickets and escalationsOversee system upgrades and rollouts including testing and debugging to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption to operationsTroubleshoot and provide service support in diagnosing, resolving, and repairing server-related hardware and software malfunctions, encompassing workstations and communication infrastructureProvide project support across multiple streams of work across the teamWork closely with vendors to raise tickets, negotiate changes and conduct thorough testing, ensuring seamless integration of requested alterationsKey Skills and Experience:A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience and trainingStrong proficiency in resolving user tickets and escalations, with excellent problem-solving skillsExperience in overseeing system upgrades and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruptionAbility to provide effective training to users and promote system proficiencyProficiency in data analysis and visualisation toolsDemonstrated skills in problem-solving, prioritisation, and managementExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to contribute to projects and initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvementCandidates who currently have Baseline Clearance Security Clearances are highly desirable.
