ICT Centre Support Specialist is a critical role as it's the primary escalation point for ICT's support staff and is responsible for supporting customers that use Goodstart's IT systems.
In addition, they perform diagnosis and fault resolution on tickets of work raised by centres, CSO teams, and from automated workflows.
The ICT Support Specialist provides technical support, manages technical escalation from the Centre Support Partners, creates and maintains support documentation, maintains hardware and software assets, and participates in projects as required.
Your Impact: Support, configure and administer IT services and technologies with a focus on automation utilizing Powershell scripting or other relevant solutions, potentially including – but not limited to:
