Your Role and Impact: ICT Operations: Manage support tickets, document issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems.Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain support documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles for team use.Technology Solutions: Work with the ICT team to implement solutions that drive operational efficiency.System Maintenance: Support scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and resolve technical issues.Client Support: Provide responsive ICT support to internal teams, recommending effective solutions.Innovation: Identify and recommend new technologies to drive growth.Travel: Some travel to our other offices across Southeast QLD may be required (1-2 days per fortnight on average). What You Bring: Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in ICT or related fields will be highly regarded.Experience: Previous experience in ICT support is essential, including managing ticketing systems, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and assisting end-users.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, common business applications, and basic to intermediate networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP.Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical issues efficiently.Cybersecurity Awareness: Understanding of basic cybersecurity best practices, common threats and enforcing security policies.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.Why Bennett + Bennett Corporate Services?
