Key Responsibilities Provision of IT support services, level 1 tickets Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., Level 2/3 support, infrastructure, and security) to escalate and resolve complex issues. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers, and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Efficiently and accurately log, prioritize, and manage support tickets using a ticketing system Providing technical support to the branch (this may be in person or over the phone) Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users. Testing new technology and training users Active participation in the implementation of new IT solutions and services About You 2 years Helpdesk experience preferred Degree qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent (preferred) Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills Intermediate problem-solving skills Knowledge in the distribution and disposal of classified data/documents/devices Determining customer needs and establishing service solutions and forecasts Maintains a positive and optimistic attitude Communicates effectively and appropriately with others Our Offer Why you should join Liebherr's family?
