We currently seeking an ICT Service Technician to join a highly skilledteam at the forefront of the transformation and delivery of ICT & Cybersecurity solutions and services forOperational Technology (OT) in a fast pace, changing and evolving environmentbased in Launceston or Hobart. You will be integral in the design,engineering, configuration, implementation, commissioning and ongoingsupport/maintenance of ICT infrastructure and OT Applications into HoneywellBuilding Technologies (HBT) across multiple areas.Key Responsibilities:Engineer high level designs using the best of breed technology to support Honeywell systems, including Virtualization Architecture, Storage Architecture and Network ArchitectureProvide a high level of technical expertise/ take ownership of the maintenance of existing complex ICT infrastructure system installations at client sitesImplementation and support of Honeywell software platforms such as EBI, DVM and Energy ManagerPreventative maintenance of existing systems (Inc. patch management, system updates), carry out audits and review of existing infrastructure and take responsibility for all breakdowns/repairsProtect the integrity of the Honeywell implemented software, server and network infrastructure and services by managing access, monitoring global ICT security news and technological developmentsKey Experience and Capabilities:Proficient in networking, servers, storage, and enterprise applicationsExperience in the implementation and maintenance of Honeywell Software (EBI, DVM, Energy Manager)Ability to priories competing deadlines involving multiple projects and vendorsKnowledge of HVAC control systems and BMS, and security systems is highly advantageousExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative and creative solutions in a complex multiple-systems environmentsAbout UsThe world is changing.
