About the Opportunity
Responsible for overseeing end-user service delivery, ensuring ICT Support Services align with ARTC objectives. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and leaders for seamless service delivery and issue resolution and will act as primary contact and owner for operational and tactical issues related to the delivery of ICT services. With a customer-centric approach, lead and mentor an end-user support team ensuring a seamless positive user experience across the organisation.
About You
To ensure success in this position, applicants will be able to demonstrate:
Essential Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) exposure and/or certification. Extensive proven experience and successful in technology service delivery management, with a focus on user experience and service desk operations. Proven relationship building and influencing skills at all levels. Analytical skills to interpret data, great at problem-solving and ability to provide recommendations. Qualifications in Frontline Management to a diploma level or equivalent. Familiar with CISCO technologies. Experience in ServiceNow or similar ITIL based platforms. What we offer
