About the RoleClosing Date: Sunday 14th July 2024.  The Service Delivery Manager will be a valued member of the IT team and is responsible for:
Leadership to the IT Service Delivery team, including key functions of remote Service Desk and End User Compute (EUC) services.Acts as the conduit and advocate for AWH and staff ensuring IT services are being delivered in accordance with service level agreements and organisational and cultural expectations.Managing and continuously improving the IT service delivery for 'business as usual' (BAU) operations as the primary support service for AWH staff.Planning, budgeting and managing the IT Service Delivery portfolio to support the delivery of high quality clinical and operational services.We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Previous experience in a related role and understanding of IT operating model and service delivery functions.7+ years' experience in similar role in IT / ICT industry, particularly across technology, data, digital processes and security.Extensive experience and proven success in similar positions within a large, complex organisations.Industry certification of ITIL, and related technical certifications relevant to role e.g. Microsoft and other vendor certifications.Degree or Certificate IV in Information Technology or related field, or currently studying to obtain any of these certifications.Demonstrated experience in managing financial performance and budgets.Ability to handle high pressure environment in calm and effective manner.Employment Type: This is a fulltime opportunity.
