Ict School Support Officer

Halcyon Knights (HK) is seeking ICT School Support Officers with excellent communication skills for a state government department.
In this role, you will support students, teachers, and school staff in using ICT resources effectively across multiple schools.
The role will require you to travel between schools in this region.
The role is for 06 months with the potential for extension.
ABOUT THE ROLE Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and digital tools.
Engage with students, teachers, and staff to address ICT needs.
Conduct training sessions to empower users in leveraging technology for learning.
Collaborate with the IT team to maintain ICT infrastructure in schools.
ABOUT YOU Experience in school or education sector ICT divisions (highly desirable).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Chromebook, Windows, and server management.
Must hold a Working with Children Check (mandatory).
Full-time availability (38 hours/week) with the ability to travel between schools.
Must be able to drive between schools in the southern region.
Full driver's license.
